摘要
球墨铸铁具有较佳的高温强度 ,灰口铸铁中片状石墨对铝合金熔液具有抗蚀性 ;利用片状石墨可防止铝液侵蚀金属基体的特性 ,设计制作表面为灰口铸铁层而内部为球墨铸铁材质的热电偶保护管 。
The spheroidal graphite cast iron is better in the side of the high tempeerature strength than gray iron which with the flake graphite piling up each other and spliting the metal matrix, but graphite possess the ability to resiste the aluminium alloy liquid, and flake graphite piled up each other can prevent the metal matrix from the erosion. Make use of this property, design and apply the material possessing gray iron on its outer layer and speroidal graphite cast iron in its inner layer as thermocouple tube, prevent thermocouple tube from damage because of the tube being eroded by aluminium alloy liquid.
