摘要
放置式探头检测工件时 ,可把工件看成半无限大平面 ,利用涡流环理论推导出特征频率的计算公式 。
The specimen was considered as a semi infinite flat surface when tested by a point probe. The calculation equation of the characteristic frequency was derived by the theory of eddy current ring, which is of great significance in the determination of the working frequency.
