摘要
研究了真空熔烧镍基合金复合涂层在 40 % Na OH溶液、1 0 % H2 SO4 溶液、1 0 % HCl溶液及 36% Na Cl溶液中的耐蚀性。结果表明 ,复合涂层在 4种溶液中都具有良好的耐蚀性。腐蚀出现在硬质相与镍基基体之间 ,属晶间腐蚀。
Corrsion resistance of Ni base alloy composite coating in sulphuric acid(10%H 2SO 4),hydrochloric acid(HCl,10%),NaOH solution(40%)and salt saturation solution is investigated. The composite coating exhibits excellent corrosion resistance in the four kinds of solution. Corrosion initiates from the interface between hard phase and nickel matrix,belonging to intercrystal line corrosion.
