摘要
在大量试验和理论分析计算的基础上得出了消失模铸造水平管状铸件模型内腔干砂充填紧实的数学模型 ,利用计算机技术 ,开发了相应的图形显示程序。利用该程序可直接观察干砂充填紧实的动态过程 ,可为铸件投产前预报铸件的缺陷和优化工艺参数。
The mathematical pattern for dry sand filling and compaction in casting pattern cavity of horizontal cylinderical casting in EPC has been obtained on the basis of a lot of experiments and theoretical calculations. The correspondent image display program was developed. The dynamic process of dry sand filling and compaction could be visually observed on screen when the developed program was used, which gave a reference for forecasting the casting defects and optimizing processing parameters ahead of casting production and improving casting quality.
