这几年来 ,出现了一系列精神损害赔偿的新类型案件 ,该文试图从理论和实践两方面 ,探讨我国精神损害赔偿立法的缺陷和改进。
There has been appearing a series of new cases claiming for compensation for spiritual damage. The author of the paper tries to discuss the defects and improvement of its legislation.\;
