摘要
本文介绍一种新型的粘性离心式联轴节,这种联轴节除了离心力引起摩擦力矩外,其中流体介质的剪切应力还产生一种粘性力矩,它就是在这两种力矩的共同作用下工作的。本文对这种联轴节的传动原理、结构设计以及力矩的计算方法进行了分析和阐述,最后以某种高速摄影机中的这种联轴节为例进行了力矩计算。
This paper introduces a kind of viscous centrifugal coupling.This coupling works simutaneously. under two kinds of torques,one of them is the friction torque caused by centrifugal force and the other is a kind of viscous torque produced by shearing stress in fluid media.This paper analysed and expounded the transmission principle,structural design and torque calculation method of this coupling.Finally it takes this kind of coupling used in a certain type of high speed camera as an example to conduct the torque calculation.
