摘要
根据卡登圆机构的运动特点并利用扭杆弹簧储存与释放能量的性能组成的脉动式机械无级变速器,具有机构简单、结构紧凑、传动平稳、调速方便、输出转速可由输入转速变速到零,省去离合器等特点,可应用于运输、机械、石油化工、轻工及其它机械传动中。
According to the motion characteristics of Cardan circle mechanism.and using the torsion-bar spring function of storing and releasing energy,the pulsation-type mechanical stepless transmission is formed.It has the characteristics of simple. mechanism,compact construction,smooth drive,conveniennt speed regulation and elimination of clutch.The output rotating speed can be changed to zero from the input rotating speed.It is a new and practical stepless transmission,and can be used in mechanical transmission of transport mechanism,oil and chemical industry,.light industry,etc.
