城乡水务一体化管理是当前水利改革的发展方向 ,文章对推行城乡水务一体化管理的必要性及其重大意义进行了详细论述 ,并就广西推进城乡水务一体化管理要做的主要工作作了指示。
An organic entirelized management of water affairs in the city countryside is the development direction of water resources reform nowaday. The necessity and importment significance of carrying out an organic entirelized management of water affairs in the city countryside are discussed in detail, and the main works for pushing an organic entirelized management are pointed out.
