摘要
本文通过对吉林省水土流失现状的分析 ,阐明了在生态环境建设和经济发展中水土保持的重要地位。
The paper expands the important position of soil and water conservation in the ecological environment construction and economical development throught the analysis of present situation for soil water loss.
