摘要
本文提出了苏联科学家尤金计算齿轮油泵齿轮几何尺寸公式,与我国变位外啮合直齿圆柱齿轮几何尺寸计算公式一致。我将我国公认的齿顶圆De-2y改为De-y; 因此径向间隙C=0.25m-0.5y>0,在不产生过渡干涉条件下推证出了De=m(Z+3)——尤金法。
This paper discusses that gear geometric dimension calculation formula of gear pump put forward by the Soviet Scientist Youjin is the same as the geometric dimension calculation formula of straight toothed cylindrical profile shifted external engaging gear put forward by our country. I made a change from the formula of addendum circle De-2y deduced in out country into De-y,
and therefore the radial clearance. C = 0.25m-0.5y>0, Under the condition of not producing transitive interference, the formula Dc = m(Z+3) given by Youjin method is deduced. Fig0 Tab0 Ref2
