摘要
洪水次数某时段的分布属小概率事件 .应用泊松分布 ,建立了计算洪水在某时段内发生次数概率的分析方法 。
The frequercy of flood is a small probability event. In this paper,based on the Poisson distrubution, a method to calculate the frequercy of flood is eastablished. An example of application is given.
