摘要
在分析我国水电开发现状的基础上 ,提出 2 1世纪我国水电发展应分两步走的设想 ,并全面阐述了实现这一设想应采取的六条相关对策 .
On the basis of analysing current situation of hydropower development in China, consideration for two step development of 21 century hydropower in China is proposed. Six related policies should be taken in order to implement the above mentioned consideration.
