摘要
本文指出在滚子从动件盘形凸轮机构的设计中,当从动件运动有刚性冲击时所存在的而往往忽视了的几个问题:(1)机构结构方案合理性(2)过渡段凸轮廓线计算(3)凸轮廓线相交对机构的影响,并逐一作了分析,对于完善凸轮机构设计理论有一定意义。
This paper discusses the following problems which arise but are usually neglected in designing the disk cam mechanism with roller follower and rigid impact in follower motion.(l)The rationality of cam mechanism scheme;(2)The calculation of cam profile at transition point ;(3)The effect of profile intersecting on follower motion
