摘要
在换热器或锅炉的管板（锅筒）内孔环向槽的加工中，目前我国普遍采用机械式内孔切槽工具加工（结构为螺旋偏心式）。液压切槽器是国外近期开发的一种新型内孔切槽工具，与机械式切槽器比较，它具有设计新颖、精巧，结构合理、紧凑，操作方便，工作稳定，加工范围大，是一种理想的内孔切槽工具。
In processing the inner-hole cercumferencial slots on the heat-exchanger on the tube-plate (steam drum), we often adopt the mechanical inner-hole slotting tools (spiral & eccentric structure). The hydro-slotting machine is a new slotting tool developed recently in the country. Compared with the mechanical ones, the machine is new and ingenious in design, rational and compact in structure, convenient in operation, stable in running, and wide range for processing. The hydro-slotting machine is an ideal inner-hole slotting equipment.
