摘要
根据汽轮发电机组安装后启动过程中发生的振动情况 ,分析出振动的原因是发电机转子产生了热不平衡 ,在作动平衡后 ,顺利地解决了振动故障。对振动处理的全过程进行了分析和总结 。
According to the vibration fault in the post-assembly starting process of the turbine-generator unit, analysed that the cause of vibration is the generator runner engendered hot unbalance. The vibration fault was resolved after taking dynamic balance. Analysed and summed up the whole process of vibration, and give some advise about its running and overhaul.
