摘要
阐述了新试剂 6 -硝基 -苯并噻唑 -重氮氨基 - 4-硝基苯的合成方法、结构鉴定、分析性能及在光度分析中的应用。该试剂对镉有很高的显色灵敏度 ,ε4 55可达 2 43× 10 5L/mol·cm ,用分光光度法可直接测定水样中镉 ,与原子吸收光谱法结果一致。
This paper describes the synthesis,structural appraisal,analytic property of a new type of reagent——nitrobenzothiazolyl diazoamino p nitrophenyl (NBTDAPNP),and its application to the photometric analysis.This reagent has a very high colored sensitivity to cadmium.It can directly determine cadmium in a water sample by spectrophotometry,whose results are in accord with those of atomic absorption spectrometry.
