摘要
主要讨论了化学工业生产中所使用的液氯钢瓶在贮运过程中因事故发生泄漏的概率、风险率、泄漏量以及它们的计算方法.并对其发生泄漏后Cl2 对人群健康所产生的风险影响程度与范围进行了预测和评价。
This paper discussed and introduced the concept of risk probability,risk degree and evolution ratio,and their calculation method based on liquefiee Cl2 steel bottle in accident station. In the end,forecasting and assessing the risk effect of Cl2 to mankind health were made.
