摘要
研究了催化氧化法处理对硝基酚钠生产废水的工艺参数 ,COD去除率可达 90 % ;探讨了从酚钠母液中盐析酚钠的条件 ,回收量为 1 5.86Kg酚钠 /m3废液 ;提出了综合治理酚钠废水的工艺流程。
This study investigated the decomposition of high strength p-nitrophenol(COD2640mg/L) by catalytic oxidation.The study results showed that COD removal efficiencies were 90% under the given condition.The salting out of p nitrophenol from production waste liquid was also studied.15.86kg of p nitrophenol were obtained from 1m 3 of waste liqiud. A comprehensive control process of p nitrophenol production waste water was provided.
