摘要
本实验分别以丙烯腈厂在生产过程中产生的废水为研究对象 ,在实验室条件下 ,通过 Fenton试剂氧化法研究了各种条件对丙烯腈废水中 COD降解的影响以及最佳的处理参数。实验结果表明 :通过 Fenton试剂氧化可使废水中的 COD值分别从 2 6 0 0 0~430 0 0 mg/ L降至 2 0 0 0~ 40 0 0 mg/ L ,COD去除率达到 85 %左右。证实用
In this work, wastewater from Qilu Petroleum Chemical Co.,and Shanghai Petroleum Chemical Co., was selected and treated by Fenton's reagent oxidation. Several factors which could affect the oxidation were discussed in order to get the optimal condition. Experiment result shows that COD in wastewater can be reduced from 26000~43000mg/L to 2000~4000mg/L by fenton's reagent oxidation whose removal efficiency can reach almost 85%. It proves that it is an effective way to treat wastwater by fenton's reagent oxidation.
