摘要
在全球信息化浪潮的推动下 ,以计算机现代教育网络为主要手段的网络化教育蓬勃发展。我国网络教育的发展有其必然性 ,但从我国国情来看 ,网络教育本身及其实施过程中都存在较多问题。解决问题的主要途径在于正确利用网络教育投资来源的转换以及对传统教育观念、管理机制、评价体系的改革。
Pushed by the Internet information wave, China's network education based on multimedia computer and modern network-technology is developing quickly. The development of China's network education has its inevitability. However, in the light of China's situation, there are several problems on network itself and its practicing. The key solution lies in the change of network investors and the reform of the traditional teaching conception, management and evaluation system.
