摘要
中小学课程资源建设对于我国基础教育新一轮课程改革具有重要意义 ,因此 ,需要首先解决课程资源建设中的认识问题。目前急需确立的基本观念至少包括三个方面 :第一 ,课程资源的概念是非常丰富的 ,教材绝不是唯一的课程资源 ;第二 ,在众多课程资源中 ,教师是最重要的课程资源 ;第三 ,课程资源的建设必须纳入课程改革计划 ,在政策上保证各种课程资源及其责任主体能够得到落实。
The construction of school curriculum resources is very important to the national curriculum reform of basic education. Therefore at first it is necessary to settle ideological problems. At the moment we should at least develop three ideas: Firstly textbooks are not the only curriculum resources; Secondly teachers are the most important curriculum resources; Thirdly the construction of curriculum resources should be brought into line with the curriculum reform plan.
