摘要
目的 探讨一步法快速检测淋球菌感染患者。方法 用高压灭菌的细头棉杆沾取分泌物后立即放入无菌管内 ,放 -30℃冰箱冷冻 1h后取出 ,每管加入稀释液 0 5ml在振荡器上振荡 2min后 ,用捕捉法对临床诊断疑为淋病 12 3例患者进行检测。结果 阳性检出率一步法为 6 8 3 % ,常规法为 2 6 0 %。结论 一步法简便、快速、特异性强、敏感度高。
Objective\ Utilizing one step method to detect patients infected by gonococcus. Methods After using thin pointed cetten sticks which were high pressured killing germ to take secretion away. Then putting them into the tube without germ at once. After freezing for about an hour in a refrigerator 30℃ degree, Taking them out and putting 0 5 ml dilution into each tube and oscillating for about 2 menutes in oscillator, Then using catch way method to detect 123 patients who were considered as suffening from gonnhea by clinical judgement. Results The Masculine detection rate of one step method is 68 3 percent, to 26 0 percent by using cultivation method. Conclusion Simple & Convenient、fast、speciticity、highly Sensitivity、suitable for clinical detection.
