In this paper, the marketing strategies of WAL-MART Co., are studied. It is a summary of successful experience of WAL-MART Co., .WAL-MART's secret: Target small-town, listen to the customers, treat the employees as partners, purchase carefully, and keep a tight rein on expenses.
