摘要 本文对人工智能专家系统方法在自动工艺设计中的应用进行了一定的研究,建立了一个针对箱体零件的工艺设计专家系统——ESPP。本文还对工艺设计知识的收集与表达,对零件信息的描述理论与方法进行了较为深入的研究,建立了一个具有图形显示与菜单提示的零件描述子系统,在系统设计时针对工艺设计的特点采用知识库分层技术较好地解决了工艺设计过程多项子任务之间的联系问题,ESPP系统采用一个较为优秀的集成化专家系统开发工具GURU在IBM PC/XT微机上实现,该系统在运行时取得了良好的结果,所生成的各种工艺参数和工艺文件均能满足生产实际的需要。 In this paper is presented the research of expert system method used in automated process planning, By means of AI, an expert system-ESPP was built up for prismatic parts Process Planning. In this Paper, the knowledge acquisition and represention, the theory of part's shapesurface feature description are discussed.The parts description sub- system supported by a graph display and interactive menu prompts has been built up. The interconnection of the multitask in process planning course in well solved applying the knowledge base of hierarchical structure. The expert system- ESPP by means of an integrated system supporting software-GURU was implemented on IBM PC/XT. The better results are obtained for industrial application. This system can output various of process files and Parameters in agreement with practise.
