摘要
相位角监控技术是指测取机床异步电机的电流与电压的相位差角作为监控信息来对机械加工状态进行监视或控制的技术。本文首先对这种技术的现有研究和应用状况进行了评述,然后创建了这种监控系统的数学模型,并由此发现和揭示了加工过程中相位角监控系统的动态响应特性、监控信号随切削负载率的变化规律以及受电压波动的影响的规律,指出了这种技术的研究和应用中值得注意的问题。本文的研究结论为这种技术的深入研究和实际应用提供了基础。
By the phase angle monitoring technique (PAMT) is meant that the phase angle between the voltage and current of the induction motor in a machine tool is taken as the controlling information to monitor machining state. A mathematical model for the PAMT is created in this Paper. With the model, the dynamic response charateristic and the varying reqularity of the phase angle along with the cutting load and the voltage fluctuation are revealed and some problems are pointed oat. The conclutions lay a foundation for the further research and use of the PAMT.
