“读书疗法” ,运用生理学、读者心理学和医学的原理、技巧和检测手段 ,通过图书馆“图书治疗医师”的言语和行为与求询者商谈或解释 ,并为其对症施书、指导阅读。适用于人们的精神和不良情绪引发的疾病 ,诸如抑郁、焦虑或患有轻。
Based on physiology,reader psychology,medical principles,practical technique and testing method,Reading Therapy,also called Mental Massage Therapy,is a type of treatment through talking with a reading therapy physician of library,his or her explaining,and the style of speaking and manner.Reading therapy physician explains the problems complained by those who seeks advice,recommends some proper reading materials,and guides them how to read.The therapy is suitable for the diseases caused by emotion or mental problems such as depression,anxiety,mild or moderate schizophrenia,and even personality disorders as a supplementary treatment.
