摘要
进气道性能(涡流强度、流量系数)对柴油机的动力性、经济性和排放有重要影响。介绍了目前常用的进气道稳流试验装置,其数据的采集由计算机完成。着重介绍了可适应不同应用范围的6种进气道试验与评价方法,阐述了每种方法中进气道空气流量及涡流比的计算方法,为燃烧过程模拟计算提供了初始条件。
The intake port performance(swirl number,flow coefficient)has an important effect on power, economy and emissions of diesel engine. This paper introduces the commonly used steady flow test rig of intake port. 6 kinds of intake port tests and evaluation methods which are suitable to different application scope are introduced. For each method, the calculation of flow coefficient and swirl ratio is provided, which can be used as the initial conditions for combustion process si mulation.
