摘要
首次使用六线涡量探针在切向燃烧炉 (切向炉 )的冷模上测量了其炉膛及燃烧器区域的速度及涡量分布 ,给出了描述湍流特征的参数如湍流强度、倾斜因子及平坦因子等。实验结果表明 ,燃烧器区射流一出口就出现了贴壁 ,燃烧区及燃尽区壁面附近涡量强度和湍动度都很高。
With the help of a six sensor hot wire probe the authors have measured for the first time the velocity and vorticity field in the burner zone of the cold model of a tangentially fired boiler. Presented are the parameters depicting turbulent flow characteristics, such as turbulent flow intensity, skewness factor and flatness factor, etc. The results of an experimental investigation indicate that there emerges a wall attachment phenomenon as soon as the jet flow at the burner zone reaches its outlet. Furthermore, a high intensity of vorticity and turbulence can be observed near the wall surface.
