摘要
用GC-MS方法从生姜的甲醇、乙酸乙酯和正己烷提取物中分别鉴定了35、36和44个成分。显示三种有机溶剂提取物主要成分均为萜类化合物,但萜类含量各不相同:总萜类及倍半萜类成分的含量随提取溶剂极性增大而增多,单萜类成分则随提取溶剂极性增大而减少;具抗氧化活性的不饱和倍半萜成分随提取溶剂极性增大而增多,说明了生姜有机溶剂提取物的抗氧化活性随提取溶剂极性增大而增强的原因。
Essential oil, extracted from the rhizomes of ginger, was analysed by GC-MS. Thirty-five, 36 and 44 constituents were identified respectively from the methanol, ethyl acetate and hexane extracts. Principal constituents detected in the three extracts were terpenes, but the composition and contents of the terpenes were different. The contents of total terpenes and sesquiterpenes increased with increasing polarity of the solvents used for extraction, but the content of monoterpenes decreased. The contents of unsaturated sesquiterpenes with antioxidant activity increased with increasing polarity of extracting solvents. It is shown that the antioxidant activity of ginger extracts increases with increasing polarity of solvents used for extraction.
