摘要
采用改进的方法从螺旋藻中提取多糖和糖蛋白。经恒温加热去蛋白后 ,用DEAE 52柱层析后得到一种多糖和两种糖蛋白 ,经SephadexG 100和凝胶电泳证实所得的多糖和糖蛋白为均一组分。采用凝胶过滤法测定的多糖近似分子量为19500。由SDS PAGE测定分子量糖蛋白GS 1的分子量为14900 ,GS 2的分子量为18400。红外光谱呈现出典型的多糖吸收峰 ,含有α 型糖苷键。β 消去反应初步证明所提取的两种糖蛋白可能是O -连接的糖蛋白。
In this study a rapid extracting strategy is developed, by which one kind of polysaccharide and two kinds of glycoproteins from Spirulina platensis are isolated and purified. The molecular weight of polysaccharide and two glycoproteins are 19 500,14 900 and 18 400, respectively. IR analysis shows the α glycoside linkage existence in polysaccharide. β elimination reaction demonstrates that saccharide and protein is linked by O glycosidic band in these two glycoproteins.
