摘要
研究了炭黑填充丁基橡胶硫黄硫化体系的硫化特性。结果表明 :常硫硫化体系与无硫硫化体系相比 ,前者胶料的焦烧时间稍短 ,正硫化时间稍长 ;常硫硫化体系胶料的力学性能比无硫硫化体系胶料好 ,但无硫硫化体系胶料的耐热老化性能比常硫硫化体系胶料要好。无硫硫化体系中DTDM用量从 2 .5份增至 4.5份 ,胶料的焦烧时间缩短 ,正硫化时间减少。DTDM与TRA并用作为丁基胶料的硫化剂时 ,随着DTDM /TRA的并用比从 2∶1变为 1∶2 ,胶料的焦烧时间缩短 ,正硫化时间增加。
The vulcanizing properties of CB filled IIR with sulfur curing system were researched.The results showed that comparing conventional sulfur curing system with sulfurless curing system the former exhibited slightly shorter scorch time and longer optimum cure time and better mechanical property,but its heat age stability was worse.With sulfurless vulcanizing system both the scorch time and the optimum cure time decrease as the level of DTDM varies from 2.5phr to 4.5 phr.While DTDM blending with TRA as vulcanizating agent of IIR the scorch time decreased and the optimum cure time increases as the blending ratio of DTDM and TRA varies from 2∶1 to 1∶2.
