:本文从金融监管的角度 ,针对全能银行制的弊端并结合中国的国情 ,提出中国目前应采取银行业证券业分业经营的模式 ,认为实行商业银行与投资银行分离制有利于维护金融市场的稳定 ,保护投资者。
Considering the weaknesses of the all-round bank system and the current situations in China,the author of the articel raises a model that separate operation of banking industry and stock industry should be carried out from the angle of financial supervision.He thinks that the separation of commercial banks and investing banks is beneficial to the protection of the stability of financial market and of the interests of investors,banks themselves and owners of savings account.
