摘要
从普通分布式放大器的基本原理出发 ,指出了存在的问题 ;从等电压传输概念出发 ,给出了一种新的阶梯型变阻抗分布式放大器的工作原理 ,提出了传输线视在匹配的概念。
In this paper, we start from the fundamental principle of a common distributed amplifier and point out its existing problem; in accordance with the concept of the equal voltage transmission, we give out the analysis of the taperd line sections in the drain circuit of the distributed amplifier,then set forward the Concept of transmission line appeared matching. The property of this amplifier is superior to the common distributed amplifier in many aspects.
