摘要
90年代中期以来 ,我国城镇居民失业率一路攀升 ,尖锐的劳动力供求矛盾使就业问题成为我国当前经济宏观管理中亟待解决的重要课题。文章运用总供需模型 ,分析了我国失业加剧的原因 ,从近期和远期、总需求和总供给两方面提出了解决就业问题的基本思路。
Since the mid of 1990's,the unemployment rate in the towns has increased rapidly, and the sharp contradiction between demand and supply of labour force has made the employment problem an important subject in our present macro economy management. In this essay , based on 'Total Demand Supply' model, the author analyzes the cause of our serious unemployment and puts forward an essential idea for solving unemployment from two aspects of demand and supply in both short and long run.
