摘要
扩大我国基础设施建设融资范围是我国基础设施建设加快发展的客观要求。为此 ,应努力增加政府投入 ,并积极利用多种融资方式 ,以广泛吸收各种社会资金。
To expand the area of financing in the infrastructure construction is objective requirement to accelerate development of infrastructure.Therefore,we must try hard to increase governmental investment and actively use various financing ways so as to extensively absorb all kinds of social funds.
