摘要
目的 寻找无金属冠复合树脂修复前牙缺失 ,增加实用性和审美观。方法 利用美国KERR公司生产的金属带及复合树脂 ,制备基牙后 ,以金属带制作桥体及连接体的框架 ,流动树脂充填细小间隙 ,复合树脂塑形 ,无照硬化 ,修整抛光。 结果 共治疗 32 7例患者 377颗缺失前牙 ,随访 316例 346颗患牙 ,满意者 310例 ,占 98.10 % ;基本满意者 4例 ,占 1.2 % ;不满意者 2例 ,占 0 .6 3%。结论 本方法操作简单 ,基牙制备创伤小 ,无痛苦 ,制作时间短 ,适应证广 ,无金属冠外露 ,自然美观 ,舒适耐用。
Objective To explore the repair of anterior tooth deficiency with nonmetal crown and compound resin .Methods Metal strip (a kind of ultrastrong fibre) and compound resin both made by American KERR Corp.were used in the treatments .After the abutment was prepared,metal strips was used to make the frame of pontic and connector and mobile resin was used to fill the tiny space.When the moulding of compound resin was finished ,the mould was hardened through illumination and then trimmed and polished.Results 377 teeth in 327 cases received this kind of treatment .The follow-up survey of 316 cases (with 346 bad teeth) showed that.310 cases (98.10%) got satisfactory results,4 cases (1.20%) got improved to some extent and only 2 cases (0.63%) received no satisfactory results.Conclusion The treatment has proved to be quite simple.The abutment can be well prepared in short time with little trauma and no pain .The mould appears to be natural with no metal crown revealing and it can also be used comfortably and durably.
