摘要
目的 观察敌鼠钠对孕大鼠的胚胎毒性作用。方法 在孕大鼠着床期、早孕和中孕期经口 1次性灌胃不同剂量的敌鼠钠 ,然后观察敌鼠钠对孕鼠的胚胎毒性。结果 敌鼠钠对孕鼠的胚胎着床无影响。敌鼠钠5 0 0、2 5 0和 1 2 5mg kg的剂量使大鼠各孕期的平均活胎数显著下降 (P <0 .0 0 1,P <0 .0 1和P <0 .0 5 ) ,敌鼠钠对孕鼠着床期、早孕和中孕期的半数致死胎有效剂量 (ED5 0 )分别为 (3 .32 6± 1.46 1)、(1.849± 0 .814)和 (1.6 0 2± 0 .6 76 )mg kg。结论 敌鼠钠具有胚胎毒性 。
Objective To study the embryotoxicity of Diphacine\|Na on pregnancy rats.Methods At different terms of pregnancy,pregnancy rats were exposed to different doses of Diphacine\|Na by oral administration,effects of Diphacine\|Na on pregnancy in the female rats were investigated.Results Diphacine\|Na showed no effect on implantation of pregnancy.At the high doses of Diphacine\|Na, such as 5.000, 2.500 and 1.250 mg/kg the average number of live fetus and the rate of live futus were markedly decreased ( P<0.001, P<0.01 and P <0.05). The half effective doses ( ED 50 ) of Diphacine Na on pregnancy rats at different terms(implantation, early pregnancy and middle pregnancy) were measured to be 3.326±1.461, 1.849±0.814和1.602 ±0.676 mg/kg. Conclusion It was suggested that Diphacine\|Na might have embryotoxicity and impact the pregnay of rats.
