摘要
针对当前图书馆信息服务重心的转移 ,分析了现代信息咨询服务产生的内、外部环境及主、客体诸因素变化 ,探讨了现代信息咨询服务的内涵及其特征 ,图书馆开展这一新型信息服务的实践及其面临的问题。
In the light of the shift of focal point of information service in libraries at present, the internal and external environments,changes of subjective and objective factors in modern information service are analyzed. The connotation and features of modern informaton service and its practice as well as some problems are discussed.
