摘要
提出了图书馆的发展与其本身功能有关 ,论述了现代图书馆具有科技发展的咨询导向 ,运营知识资本产生经济效应 ,集散信息优化信息资源配置的功能。
Proposed in this paper is the development of library correlated to it's function. The functions of modern library are expounded such as the guidance of reference in scientific and technological development, economic effects in knowledge capital operation, collection and distribution of information and optimized information resources deposition.
