摘要 液体动静压轴承中用楔腔结构比阶梯腔优越。本文用有限差分法对二维雷诺方程求解,以数值积分求得楔腔轴承的动静压承载特性,并确定了轴承的优化设计参数。在理论分析和实验验证的基础上,已将该轴承成功地用于无心磨床。 drody nautical - statical bearing, the wedged cavity has a great advantage of that the cross section of the cavity is continuously contracted and there is no vortex which is produced by the stepped cavity. This makes the bearing low in temperature -rise,and the dynamic stability better. In this paper,the composite load characteristics of the hydrodynamical - statical bearing are found out by mathematical method. The design parameters of the bearing are optimized. when the bearing is used in a centreless grinder M1080, the efficiency and the machining accuracy can be improved considerally.Compared with the structure of stepped cavity in hy-
