摘要
目的 :建立一种血清硝酸盐的快速测定方法。方法 :血清经去蛋白后 ,直接在酸性条件下用麝香草酚显色分光光度法测定。结果 :方法的检测下限为 0 0 5 μg ,相对标准差为 4 6 %～ 9 6 % ,回收率为 90 0 %～ 95 9% (平均为93 6 % )。血清硝酸盐氮含量为 0 13± 0 0 11μg时 ,批间变异系数为 8 6 %。 结论 :本法快速、简便、灵敏、特效性好 。
Objective:To establish a rapid determining method of nitrate in serum.Method:After removing protein,under the condition of acidity using Thymol reagent the measurement of serum nitrate concentration was performed by spectrophotometry.Results:The detecting lower limit of the method was 0.05μg,relative SD was 4.6%～9.6%;recovery rate being 90.0%～95.9%(average,93.6%).The between run CV was 8.6% while the serum nitrate level was 0.13±0.011μg.Conclusion:The method is rapid,simple,sensitive and specifical.It is suitable to determine serum nitrate(NO - 3).
