摘要
目的 :探讨治疗小儿食管异物安全、有效的办法。方法 :对用Foley管法取小儿食管异物 56例进行回顾性分析。结果 :56例中用Foley管法顺利取出异物 53例 ,其中一次成功 48例 ,平均住院 4 6h,平均医疗费用 2 67 6元。结论 :Foley管法取小儿钝圆形食管异物勿需全麻 ,且安全、有效、经济 ,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective:To investigate a safe and effective therapy for esophageal foreign bodies in children.Method:56 cases with esophageal foreign bodies were analyzed retrospectively.Result:53 cases were extracted foreign bodies without complications, 48 of them got successful result once.Conclusion:Foley cather is safe,quick,and effective in removing esophageal blunt foreign bodies in children.
