摘要
总结和探讨了湿法合成氧化铁颜料—氧化铁黄、铁红、铁黑的基本规律 ,并对它们的合成条件 ,如硫酸亚铁浓度、pH值、温度、通气量、气体分散程度等因素进行了优化。
The principles of syntheses of iron oxide pigments including yellow iron oxide,red iron oxide and black iron oxide are explored.And the conditions of syntheses of iron oxide pigments,such as concentration of ferrous sulfate,value of pH,temperature,amount of air and dispersion tent of air in tank are investigated and optimized.The work done in this paper is of signification for the syntheses and control of the production processes of iron oxide pigments.
