摘要
在R2 O -RO -B2 O3-SiO2 -Al2 O3系统中 ,通过设计合理组成 ,可以获得适合快速烧成的分相乳浊釉。本文用TEM/EDX ,DTA ,自动图像分析等手段研究了该系统中B2 O3组份的作用。结果表明 :为获得较高白度及良好釉面性状的低温快烧分相乳浊釉 ,少量B2 O3的添加是必需的。它具有扩大液 -液不混溶组成范围、降低Tb温度及釉烧温度、扩大釉烧温度范围、改善釉熔体的粘度 -温度特性等作用 。
Through rational composition design in R 2O-RO-B 2O 3-SiO 2-Al 2O 3 system, phases-separative opaque glazes suited to fast firing can be produced. Effect of B 2O 3 has been investigated by means of TEM/EDS, DTA and automatic image analysis. The study demonstrates that addition of a little amount of B 2O 3 is indispensable to obtain fast fired phase-separative opaque glazes with high whiteness and good surface properties.B 2O 3 enlarges composition range for liquid-liquid immiscibility, lowers Tb and firing temperature, broadens firing temperature range, improves viscosity-temperature characteristics and favors forming appropriately sized phase-separation microstructure.
