介绍大连合成纤维研究所 (集团 )研制的 16头纺POY设备在南方集团公司合成纤维厂试生产 167dtex/72f的情况。纺丝温度 2 88～ 2 92℃ ,组件压力 15～ 2 0MPa ,上油率 0 5 % ,DSW 90 0 /BA型卷绕机摩擦辊转速为 3 2 0 0m/min。
The trail running condition of 16 ends spinning POY equipment made in Dalian Synthetic Fiber Research Institute on South Group Synthetic Fiber Plant were introduced.The spinning temperature is 288～292 ℃,the spinning pack pressure is 15～20 MPa,the oil pick up is 0.5%,the speed of friction roller is 3 200 m/min.
