摘要
改造半连续直接酯化装置的工作有 :简化工艺流程 ,分馏柱与酯化釜两管连接 ,增加分馏柱高度 ,变换热媒的配比和母液循环量。利用原有的公用工程 ,保证了产品的质量 ,降低了成本。
The semi batch direct esterification unit was modified.The content including simplifying the technological process,linking the distillation column and esterification vessel with two pipes,increasing the height of the distillation column,changing the heat agent,compound ratio and liquor circulation.By using the original general facilities,the quality can be guaranteed and the cost is reduced.
