摘要
主要介绍熔融法生产氨纶丝的工艺路线 ,通过添加交联剂提高弹性恢复率 ,改善成品丝的物理性能 ;并通过同其他纺丝路线的比较证明熔纺氨纶具有很大的发展潜力。
The process route of melt spinning Spandex was introduced.The physical properties of finished yarn was improved by adding a chain crosslink agent to increase the elastic recovery percentage.It was proved that melt spinnig had big development potential compared with other spinnig routes.
