构建携带 p5 3和p2 1基因的重组腺病毒转移载体以研究 p5 3和 p2 1联合基因治疗效果 .将p5 3cDNA克隆到转移载体 pCMV5GFP替代 gfp ,得到 pCMVp5 3 ,使其受到CMV启动子的调控 ;同时将p2 1基因克隆到 pCMVp5 3,得到重组腺病毒转移载体pCMVp5 3/ p2 1.得到携带 p5 3和p2
In order to study the effect of p53 and p21 on the growth of cancer cells, p53 and p21 recombination shuttle vector is constructed. p53 cDNA is cloned into shuttle vector pCMV5GFP to be substituted for the position of gfp and controlled by CMV promotor. And p21 cDNA is cloned into the new constructed shuttle vector pCMVp53 controlled by CMV5 promotor. Recombinant adenoviral shuttle vector with p53 and p21 is gained. p53 and p21 recombinant shuttle vector are constructed and can be used for further research gene therapy combined with p53 and p21.
