摘要
给出并用C语言实现了一种基于观测的大范围电波传播附加时延的修正方法 ,这对具有授时。
In this paper,we have given a correctional method base on observation which can get additional time delay of electric wave propagatting .This method is important in some radio projects which has the function of timing ,positing etc.
