摘要
对来自大、小兴安岭、长白山等地区的10个红皮云杉天然群体近800个样本、8个苗木生物量性状进行统计分析.结果表明,红皮云杉群体间、群体内以及个体内都存在丰富的变异.对红皮云杉群体8个苗木生物量性状进行的方差分析表明,除苗木根系重群体间差异显著外,叶干重、叶鲜重、枝茎重、叶茎重比、叶根重比、茎根重比7个性状群体间都存在着极显著差异.红皮云杉苗木生物量性状的遗传变异中,4.85%的变异存在于群体间,95.15%的变异来自于群体内.苗木根系重群体间变异较小,叶干鲜重比变异较大.根系重与年均温、7月气温、≥5°积温和无霜期相关紧密,茎根重比与经度呈显著正相关,叶根重比与纬度呈显著负相关,叶根重比、茎根重比与年均温、1月气温、降水量和无霜期相关紧密.
800samples and 8 characters of seedling biomass in the natural populations of Korean spruce (Picea koraiensis Nakai) in different areas such as Daxinganling,Xiaoxinganling and Changbai Mountain were analyzed by statistical method.The result is that many variations exist in interpopulation,intrapopulation and intraspecies. 8 characters of seedling biomass of Korean spruce population were calculated by variance analysis, the statistical result is that the difference of 7 characters of interpopulation are very significance level except the significance level of the weight of seedling root system,7 characters are different in the weight of dry leaf, the weight of fresh leaf, the weight of branch and stem, ratio of leaf and stem weight, ratio of leaf and root weight,ratio of stem and root.In the genetic variation of seedling biomass characters of Korean spruce, 4.85% exists in interpopulation, 95.15% in intrapopulation,small variation in the ratio of weight of dry and fresh leaf.The correlation is closed between the weight of root system and annual average temperature, accumulated temperature in July, ≥5℃ accumulated temperature, frost-free season.Very significance of positive correlation exists in between ratio of stem and root and longitude.Very significance of negative correlation exists in between ratio of leaf and root and altitude, the correlation is closed between ratio of leaf and root and ratio of stem and root and annual average temperature, the temperature in January,precipitation and frost-free season.
